Return Policy

SHIPMENT RETURNS & CORRECTIONS
 
We have a 30 day return and/or correction policy. Upon receipt of your order please check all boxes for contents and quality issues. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you refunds or replacements. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are not in new and unused condition may be partially refunded at our discretion. Items that have pet odors or smoke odors may be partially refunded at our discretion. You must contact us before returning your item(s). Items that are returned to us without contact will not be refunded. In cases of product defects we reserve the right to either replace the item, repair the item, or refund its price. We will not refund or cover any shipping charges.
 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

After you have contacted us, and once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
